Delicious baked salmon with ILIADA’s Extra Virgin Olive oil flavoured with basil!
Ingredients (serves 2 people)
2 Salmon Fillets
ILIADA Extra Virgin Olive Oil flavoured with basil
Salt, Pepper and Thyme
Place the salmon on a piece of foil.
Add salt & pepper to taste, garlic and thyme.
Sprinkle with ILIADA Extra Virgin Olive Oil flavoured with Basil and then close the foil.
Preheat the oven to 1900C and bake for half an hour or until salmon flakes easily with a fork
Open the foil, place the fillets on plates and sprinkle them with the juices.
