Vietnamese chicken with vegetables and rice with ILIADA Kalamata PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Ingredients

  • ILIADA Kalamata PDO Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 chicken breasts cut into small strips
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 4-5 cloves of garlic
  • 2 pieces of ginger 4-5 cm / 1.5-1.9 in, grated
  • 2 carrots, grated or cut into small cubes
  • 3-4 cups of cabbage or Chinese cabbage, chopped
  • 5-6 spring onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cups of frozen peas
  • 2 cans of corn
  • 1 tbsp. lemongrass pickled
  • 2 cups of basmati rice cooked for 10 minutes
  • 2 tbsp. soya sauce
  • Chili flakes
  • Salt & pepper
