  • 4 salmon fillets, 170g each
  • 16 green asparagus
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 large zucchinis, diced
  • Lemon juice, of 1 lemon
  • Lemon zest, of 1 lemon
  • 1 bunch of thyme
  • 20g pine nuts
  • 1 pinch cumin

  • 100g ILIADA Green Olives sliced
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 15ml vodka
  • 100g parmesan
  • Salt & fresh pepper
